How does the delivery and return shipment work?
Bags & Stories takes care of the delivery and return costs. The price stated on the product sheet is the final price you pay, no additional costs are added.
Deliveries have to be made on Monday through Friday, therefore we do not accept bookings that start or end on weekends and holidays. Bags & Stories only delivers in Belgium. Delivery takes place at home, at the office or at a Bpost collection point.
It is important that you receive the package yourself, because the delivery must be signed off. You will receive your order on the first day of your reservation. Bags & Stories will send you an email when your handbag is shipped, you will also receive an inventory of your handbag.
Then it is our partner Bpost who informs you by e-mail of the time of delivery. If your package is damaged (in whole or in part), you must refuse delivery directly to the postman or at the postal point. Also, notify us directly by contacting [email protected]
The return must be made the day after the last day of the rental and this before 10AM.
- Use the box and cover in which you received your bag;
- Use the prepaid return label in the box and stick it on your package;
- Close the box with adhesive tape so that it remains closed during transport;
- Drop the package off at a Bpost point.
Please keep the proof of delivery as requested in case of delay on your return. Bags & Stories will charge a fee of € 50 / day for any delays, as indicated in our general sales conditions.
